- An additional ₹100 will be charged for exchanges.
- We do not cover return shipping expenses
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
- The item must be in unused condition for the exchange to be processed. If the item is not in unused condition, it will be rejected.
- We will dispatch a replacement product after verifying the returned item.
